Today people are enjoyed alot and make parties.Especially young people celebrated newyear party at Sompu(near gaddam sambudu field). They cut the cake and cook chicken there and enjoyed alot. Sekhara gaddam,Milk Ravi,Jagadeesh,Mahesh bunku,Sivalingam,Jagadekar,dinesh,pindi sankar,Kullayappa, Vijjikumar chinthamanu,kullayappa tagur,nagasivudu tailor,kailash,ramanjulu Auto,Gangadhar chennampalli----etc are attended the party at night.
Puppala Sudhir Reddy's daughter Snikitha Reddy Birthday was celebrated at Tabla restaurent in Hyderabad. Around 25 people of Kasanur attended this function.
