Nearest Railway Station to Kasanur is Kondapuram. Rs.12/- charge from Simhadripuram. Some people of our village are using this to go to Hyderabad, Chennai, Tirupathi, Pune and Mumbai.

Today Two Marriages were celebrated. Neelaveni's(Sekar's syster) marriage was celebrated at Nidivelagal And Dharani( Chintamanu ramesha's daughter) marriage was celebrated at Veparala near jammalamadugu.

Last week simhadripuram to agraharam via Kasanur road applied double coating. Now it looks like new road. But there is no bus facility to our village.
